Global works on Coles / Shell !!
Global was part of the huge Shell / Coles joint venture for several months in 2003.
We first started work in August in Victoria as part of the OPTIMAX roll out for Shell / Coles sites. Following an intensive month in Victoria where we had up to 4 crews on the ground, operations were transferred to NSW , then QLD and finally back to NSW.
Global consults internationally on the construction and maintenance of Aviation Fuel Systems. Here, we assisted in the construction of a hydrant system at Clark Field in the Philippines. Night welding in the humid air of this country produces some interesting images.

'LAZARUS' Tank resurrection
Global is the only company who offers this unique service. We can place back into service, a tank (single or dual-contained) that has been abandoned and concrete slurry filled some time earlier.
This tank will be as sound as a new tank, without all the need for approvals and great holes in the ground that disrupt the retail or commercial site.
The project took just ten days and the removal of concrete can be seen via the Global installed standard manway.

Global has completed a tank reline for BP Oil in New Zealand on time and on budget, with good feedback from BP New Zealand on Safety.

Global has conducted a tank reline at a Caltex site in western Sydney, this is the first time a Caltex site has been part of our unique tank repair system.
The project was conducted without delay and the tank was back in service with a warranty within 2 weeks of commencement. Caltex Safety and Engineering personnel monitored our activities on site and had no complaints.
